Currently, Scarlett Cosmetics does not offer standard international shipping. However, if you're located outside India and would like to place an order, we can accommodate special international requests on a case-by-case basis.

Placing an order is simple! Just follow these steps:

1. Browse our website and add items to your shopping cart.
2. When you’re ready, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page.
3. Review your order and click Checkout.
4. Enter your shipping details, payment information, and any promo codes you wish to apply.
5. Click Place Order, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly afterward.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@scarlettcosmetic.com.

You can also log in to your account, go to My Orders, and request a cancellation directly from there. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, the cancellation feature will no longer be available, and you will need to follow our return process once you receive your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp, along with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you've received the wrong product or a damaged item, we offer a 7-day return policy.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide an unboxing video if the product is damaged.

We’re sorry if your product arrived damaged. Please contact our customer service team immediately at support@scarlettcosmetic.com, including your order number and photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
