We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, an additional charge of ₹150 will apply.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp.

DELIVERY TIMELINE
Our standard delivery timeline is 3–5 working days.
Please refer to individual product pages for any specific exceptions.
Note: Delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen events are outside our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Email support@scarlettcosmetic.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all safety seals intact.
Only incorrect or defective items are eligible for return or exchange.
Makeup brushes and tools are only replaceable in case of defects.
Once we receive your product and it clears quality inspection, your return or exchange will be processed.
Exchanges follow the standard delivery timeline.
Important Notes:
Used, opened, or tampered products will not be accepted.
Items returned without prior email approval will not be accepted and must be collected by the customer.
Products once exchanged cannot be exchanged or returned again.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please write to us at support@scarlettcosmetic.com within 12 hours of placing it.
If the order hasn’t been processed, we’ll initiate a full return.
Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of ₹2,500.
Estimated delivery time is 3–4 weeks.
Any customs duties or import taxes must be borne by the customer.
Please note: International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
